My item arrived damaged from shipping.Updated 2 years ago

Very rarely are items are damaged in shipping, but sometimes it does happen. Please be sure to take photos of the damaged product and the packaging it was shipped in. Email those photos to us and contact the shipping company to let them know.

Always inspect the contents of the package before signing for the package, especially if there is noticeable damage to the packaging.
